Delivery/Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the guidelines below for assistance.
Fresh Flowers
We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa. If the flower is not available in another color the flower substitution will always be of greater or equal value to the original and compliment the arrangement.
Arrangements are guaranteed for 24 hours. If you or the recipient are not statisfied with the arrangement and do not contact us within 24 hours we will not replace your flowers or refund your order. Contact regarding replacements or refunds MUST be made verbally to the store manager or owner by calling the store at 918-742-1410. Under no circumstance will the delivery fee be refunded if a delivery was completed.
Non-Perishable Gift Items
If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable gift item for any reason, you may return it to our shop for an exchange of equal value or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt.
Plants
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.
Gift Baskets
Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Substitutions for Special Occasions
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided we will substitute to the closest flowers/color that are available.
Holiday Delivery
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Independence Day.
We are closed on these holidays: New Years Day, MLK Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Same Day Delivery
If you order by 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday. For same day service on the weekend please order by 11:00 am on Saturday.
Specific Times
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You many request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Times
Normal delivery times are 9:30am-5pm daily. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we may offer extended hours and delivery times, call to verify.
Funeral Homes
These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service, we will call and advise you that the arrangement(s) and/or plant(s) will not make it to the service so other arrangements can be made to have something sent to the home of the family or the recipient of your choice. If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will make every effort to look it up for you. We normally contact the funeral home to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing we will deliver to the funeral home for the viewing per the funeral home's instructions, and not before, so your flower(s) and/or plant(s) stay as fresh as possible for the viewing and service.
Banners Funeral Arrangements
Due to the time-sensitivity of delivering funeral orders, if a banner is not available, we will fill your order to value, substituting the banner with more flowers for an even fuller arrangement.
High Schools
High schools do not accept deliveries for students. Do not place orders for students under any circumstance. Please send teacher's gifts to the school and any student orders to their residence. Orders to high schools should be placed early and stipulate if there are any time constraints. School deliveries usually need to be delivered no later than 2:00 pm.
PO/APO Boxes
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses.
If no one is home
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, a call and/or text message to the recipient will be made advising the recipient if the gift has been left or if they need to all to arrange for delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the incorrect address, there is a $10 address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. Email changes or cancellations are NOT accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call the store immediately at 918-742-1410. All changes or cancellations MUST be verbal.
Recipient may be contacted
In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery. Phone numbers for the recipient must be on all orders for delivery purposes in case they need to be contacted.
Request to leave item at door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Recipient refusal of delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you will still be held fully liable for the cost of the gift and the delivery fee.
Card Messages
The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. If you do not sign your card with a name or signature we will not advise the recipient of your (the senders) information until contacting you first for approval. Once approval has been given from you to notify the recipient we will do so. If you wish to remain anonymous you may do so. We do not include any billing information with your order.
